Thank you for your purchase! We hope you are satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not completely happy, you can return it for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Please see below for more details about our return policy.

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days from the date of purchase. Returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached, if applicable.

RETURN PROCESS

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.. 

REFUNDS

Once we receive your return and inspect the condition of the item, we will begin processing your return or exchange. Please allow at least 5 days from the date we receive your item to complete this process. Refunds may take 1 to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card provider. You will receive an email notification once your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

Personalized items cannot be returned. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us at [email protected] so we can resolve any issues.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at [email protected] to arrange a refund or exchange.
